Responsibilities

The MM Team Lead is expected to have a deep understanding of, and primary responsibility for providing expertise in Materials Management to effectively integrate SAP Solutions into the clients business environments to achieve agreed results, as well as a deep understanding of Logistics Execution (LE), with experience in integration into Finance and SD and other Logistics modules. The MM Team Lead is assigned to deliver tangible, sustainable, effective and quality SAP-related business solutions for new implementations, ongoing customer support, and implementation of additional functionality. 
● Provide consulting services to clients in an efficient and effective manner, based on technical expertise and experience. ● Work collaboratively with diverse stakeholder groups and individuals. ● Act as subject matter expert and deliver workable solutions.  ● Act as the primary resource accountable for configuring the SAP module to meet clients’ business requirements. ● Carry out all phases of the project, from Business Blueprint, Realization (including Configuration, Data Migration, Testing & Training), to Final Preparation & Cutover/Go Live support, and Transition to Support. ● Closely collaborate with Developers, writing Functional Specs and testing Forms, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements and Workflows ● Take full ownership and responsibility for the module deliverables, including integration points with other modules and teams. ● Undergo SAP training and fulfill SAP assessments and certifications requirement that may arise. ● Support presales effort as needed in response to proposals and conduct demonstrations and presentations. 

Team Leadership

● Lead the implementation of the SAP MM module through all project phases including requirements gathering, blueprint design, system configuration, cutover planning, and user training.   ● Provide hands-on guidance during MM module configurations and customizations to meet business processes.   ● Manage and mentor the MM team, fostering strong collaboration and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality projects.   ● Lead SAP MM module projects as a team lead, showcasing your project management and leadership skills.   ● Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth SAP system integration and performance improvements.   ● Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying and implementing SAP Best Practices. ● Educate consultants regarding value propositions, offerings, and implementation strategies. ● Proactively contribute to the deployment of the project implementation methodology. ● Proactively contribute to the effective development of consultants.  ● Take responsibility for MM consultants' team in terms of development and staffing.

Requirements/Qualifications

1. Master’s degree (or its equivalent) in Information Technology or related field of study is required for this position
2. 7+ years of SAP project implementation experience.
3. 3 to 4 end to end SAP project implementation experience.
4. Implementation experience using Activate methodology.
5. Strong business process knowledge in the functional area
6. Understanding of country-specific legal and regulatory requirements
7. Project experience in S4/HANA RISE with private/public Cloud
8. SAP MM certification to validate your expertise
