Responsibilities

● Lead the SAP FI team in designing, configuring, and implementing SAP S/4HANA FI solutions, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Banking, and SAP Cash Management. ● Oversee full-cycle SAP S/4HANA FI projects, from requirements gathering to post-implementation support, ensuring alignment with S/4HANA best practices. ● Work closely with business users and stakeholders to analyze financial requirements, translating them into SAP S/4HANA FI configurations and customizations. ● Ensure seamless integration between SAP S/4HANA FI and other SAP modules, such as CO (Controlling), MM (Materials Management), SD (Sales and Distribution), HR, as well as SAP applications like Concur, Ariba, and others, alongside non-SAP systems, including external platforms for regulatory reporting and electronic document interchange (EDI). ● Leverage the latest S/4HANA innovations, including Universal Journal, Central Finance, and Fiori applications, to optimize financial processes and reporting. ● Manage and guide the team through the implementation of S/4HANA-specific solutions, such as Funds Management (FM), Budget Control System (FM-BCS), Treasury and Risk Management, and other advanced financial tools within S/4HANA. ● Oversee the migration of financial data to SAP S/4HANA, ensuring compliance with accounting standards such as IFRS and GAAP while maintaining data integrity. ● Provide expertise in S/4HANA finance functionalities, including real-time reporting, enhanced period-end closing capabilities, and SAP Fiori-based financial dashboards. ● Lead testing efforts, including user acceptance testing (UAT), to ensure that S/4HANA performs optimally, meeting both system and business requirements. ● Collaborate with IT and business teams to assess the benefits of S/4HANA cloud or on-premise deployments and guide decision-making on platform strategy. ● Mentor and guide junior team members, ensuring they are up to date with the latest S/4HANA finance innovations and best practices. ● Monitor project risks, timelines, and budgets, ensuring that S/4HANA-specific solutions are delivered on time and within scope

Requirements/Qualifications

1. Completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, IT, or a related field. 2. English proficiency level B2 or higher (written and spoken). 3. 8+ years of hands-on experience with SAP FI modules, including GL, AP, AR, AA, Banking, Cash management with a strong focus on SAP S/4HANA. 4. 2+ years of leadership experience managing teams in SAP FI/CO, with an understanding of SAP S/4HANA, including SAP Activate and RISE methodologies. 5. Experience leading 3 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA FI projects in complex business environments, deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture and its cloud and on-premise components. 6. Expertise in S/4HANA-specific functionalities, including Universal Journal, Central Finance, real-time reporting and SAP Fiori applications. 7. Willingness to travel for project purposes, if necessary. 8. SAP FI certification (SAP Certified Application Associate - Financial Accounting with SAP S/4HANA) is highly desirable. 9. Experience working in international environments or on global projects is a plus. 10. Project management certifications are a plus.
